These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Proxy AI, provided by Proxy Foods Inc ("Proxy AI", "we", "us"). By requesting access to or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Proxy AI connects to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account to draft email replies, extract meeting action items, and surface operational information on a dashboard. Proxy AI produces drafts and suggestions only — it never sends email or takes outbound action on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and sending any content.
You access the service by signing in with your existing Microsoft or Google identity. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your identity provider. The service is for business use by users aged 18 or older.
As between you and us, you own your data and the drafts produced for you. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Drafts and insights are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. They are suggestions, not advice. You must review all output before relying on or sending it. Proxy AI does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and output should not be treated as such.
We use third-party providers (including Microsoft and Anthropic) to operate the service, as listed in our Privacy Policy.
During early access, pricing is agreed with each customer based on team size and usage. [Reference an order form / subscription agreement once defined.]
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy AI and Proxy Foods Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from content you chose to send. [Insert liability cap, e.g. fees paid in the prior 12 months.]
You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your content remains in your own tenant.
